In Sarna's Cartography, map listed as "Eve of Amaris Coup" The Terran Hegemony is shown as having several areas on the outer ring of the Periphery belonging to them. One of these, on the Southwest Corner of the Magistry of Canopus, is a single planet listed as "Project Libra Umbrella".
Does anyone know what "Project Libra Umbrella" is?
