I don't know if it is just me and my system, but it appears part of the ferro-lamellor entry has disappeared. The section that deals with game play is missing now, while it was there a few days ago.
I used the wiki for information on the armor, since I don't have the books that deal with it.

Without having looked at the article, I presume the rules section was purged because CGL sell rulebooks and Sarna doesn’t want to infringe on that. Admins decided some time ago not to publish game rules in Sarna articles anymore except where it’s somehow relevant for the lore.
