I never wanted to say it.
I don't want to admit it.
But I feel it is time.
The fire of BT has died in me.
Peace.

This doesn't mean the end of Sarna does?
Nic, I am but a few hours away from you in AA and I know there a few folks around that area who would make you more then welcome into their games and group.
Don't give up the ship just yet...

I know what you mean, big guy. I felt like that about a year ago. I had to get back to the basics, which meant immersing myself in 3025, just to remember how good it once was. I'm still not totally recovered, but this *IS* my favorite game.
BTW, does this mean we get dibs on your stuff? :)

Yeah, I have to get a list together when I'm back home in a couple weeks.
And yes, I do have a fairly large collection (taking up nearly 3 shelves in my basement). I will probably keep the Master Rules and some of my minis and maps so I can play if I want, but most of the SBs will go.

End of sarna.net or the forums? No.
Much less (if any) updates to the main page? Yes.
I'm not giving up per say. Just admitting to the fact that I'm not into it anymore...

D00D. That would be seriously cool.
A bloody online Tournament of Sarna with first pick at Nic's stuff as prize.

I can understand that...been times were I have not played for months and then boom, all my friends who play and I happen to have some spare time and we break out the game and go at it.
If you get some time drop me an email I know of at least 6 BT players in your area or with an hour's drive that would be very happy to hold a spot for you in there games if you want.

Got none. Was sending it out as an idea. I figure if one felt inclined to plan such an event, I have the facilities. I figure being a Battletech VR site, and having the largest collection of unique and original BT related stuff, I might have a prime location.

Hear hear!
Thanks from this quarter as well...
We may not say it much, but we do indeed appreciate the fine place you have here.
