Same comments as the Escort Carrier and DN A Goliath. You're giving up a whole range bracket by going with L-NPPCs and NL/35s, with no corresponding saving in mass. Also, your armor, for a 1,050,000t BC, is less than even Fisher would have ordered, IMO. 
{Remember that there are *no* target movement modifiers in AT2.}
And also, for a raider, I think you might want to reconsider a LF battery.
