Where did you spend all the tonnage on this? It looks undergunned for some reason, even including the heavy secondary weapons.

Undergunned? It has almost equal firepower of the Leviathan and carries a decent amount of fighters....

Yeah...on second glance, something about the formatting just didn't make the Colossus jump out to me as "many big guns," but it's got well over 100 capital weapons.

{LeviaTech?}

Wow.
You're really suffering with FCS...and guess what!? The doctor's in!
Simply redistribute your weapons so that capital and standard weapons are segregated (i.e. capital in FL/FR and AL/AR arcs, standard in everything else). The one downside is that you'll have a single 1-hex-wide strip running down the center which your capital weapons can't hit, but that doesn't matter much.
Doing so will massively decrease your FCS tonnage and allow you to pack a much larger armament...which, all things considered, you ought to; while this will smack book warships, it's pretty undergunned compared to fan dreadnoughts (see CBT's AT2 board, specifically the Warship Design Contest thread).

The problem is the Ironside/Tirpitz was created, AFAICS, without the FCS rules, and thus can mount almost twice the firepower of the Colossus. I'd be interested to see your DN redone with the full AT2 rules, if you get the chance...

Umm it is, Nathan. You do know that I had only the AT2 book on hand for creating a ship design?

Whoops!
I took the no-mention of FCS tonnage in the post to mean the absence of it. I should have remembered that old maxim: lack of evidence is not evidence of lack.
So...your FS, BS, and AS arcs must have had, what, 20%, 30%, 20% extra mass?
