Just wondering what the battle tech buildings would look like? would they be simular to the ones that we have today or totaly diffrent ?

To answer both your questions: yes.
They also look like buildings from ages past: mud huts, wood and plaster, brick, Greco-Roman masonry, etc.
And, of course, they look like futuristic buildings from any number of sci-fi genres.
Why? Because there's a thousand different cultures in the Inner Sphere with 10,000 different architectural styles ranging from "Bombed back into the stone age by the Succession Wars/WoB chic" to "1950s Jetson's Visions of the Future".

Yeah,Id agree with that. Heres a sugesstion,just think about the culture on the world in question and go from there.Tharkad would be on the "advanced" end of the spectrum whereas a world like Goat Path wouldn't.
