==Overview:==
This is a modified Monitor Naval Vessel that has some of its armor stripped
and its speed increased.The Seaspray is located near any Spaceports near
oceans

==Capabilities:==
It is a bit faster than the Monitor Naval Vessel but not by much.It is
equpiied with 2 Water Cannon which gets its water from beneath the ship.It is
also equipped with 4 20mm Gatling guns.For bigger fires the Seaspray is
equipped with 1 Collant Missile rack in Turret 2.

The rear half of the ship has be modified with a small chopperpad and carries
one Dolphin SAR chopper.

Deployed near any Spaceport near a harbor.
