Interesting vehicle. I think I'd aim to keep urban vehicles lighter (50t or less), to avoid damaging the roads, collapsing bridges, etc. but 80t does let you stack in a lot of firepower. This is a potent vehicle.
Question, Cowboy: why so many different types of weapons doing the same job? The small pulse lasers in the rear could be replaced by another medium pulse laser. (With the important benefit of 2x the range of the small pulse laser. While small lasers and MGs might seem ideal for sweeping infantry-type threats, weapons with longer ranges give you the opportunity to kill infantry before they can even fire back. I much prefer to kill people who want to kill me before they get the chance.) The Streak 2s could also be replaced by another Streak 4, especially since Streak 2s are not able to fire inferno missiles and that the Streak 2s have the same firing arc.
But my aesthetics aside, that's a potent vehicle.

Um... Nice! I noticed that it's a highly "technical" design, meaning that it relies on being able to hit most of the time without wasting anything. In that case, there's no need for the normal SRM-4. I'd drop it in favor of improved longevity, but besides that, this thing is just EVIL in close quarters. Well-done.
I still have one question though: Why would the Clans even think about UAVs?
Lousy good-for-nothing mortals. Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em.

I guess it depends what circles you travel in. I was expecting an unmanned aerial vehicle too, but in this case its an urban assault vehicle.
