Overview: 

Like any other UrbanMechs in clan space it was first used by the 

Clans as test beds for new weapons. 

So the IIC 2 is no differnt. 

It was used to test the New Heavy Laser but left

out the DHS and every thing else as it was one of the few left from the 

SL Era and using what it already had on it but added Extra Heat Sinks to

 help with the heat problems. 



But Like all new weapons there are always problems. 

the Heavy Large Laser blew up once, Fried the wireing on another

, and caused the Engine to shut down in mid Jump. 

the Clan was about to give up when a Tech found the problem in 

the Targeting and power converters that over loaded they entire 

systems, that and the mech needed a whole new over hall in the wiring 

and other systems needed to be repaired or replaced because of time's Damage.
