Just like masturbation 98% of us do it the other 2% lie. So lets see these Munchmechs. Be proud of finding loopholes in the sytem because at the end of a battle the Munchwarrior does not hear "That is so cheap" from his foe; becase his foe is dead.

Kudos for making a "ppc-zilla" as opposed to all the Gausszillas and Missle boats I've seen on the design submissions so far... the thought of 8 Bolts of ionized energy streaking at me just makes me shudder already...

To increase the munch-factor...

(1) Remove/replace the 8 ERPPC for 8 LPL: It gives you a -3 to hit rather than -1 with the TC and it saves you 40 heat, allowing you to potentially start up two turns earlier.

(2) Only use 6 LPL and use the extra weight on heat sinks. You won't necessarily shut down and you can get away with alpha-firing every other turn.

(3) The evil option...Remove/Replace the 8 ER PPC with 8 Plasma Rifles. While you shut down, he will either be close to shut down if not shut down as well. If I am not mistaken, Plasma Rifles (UK Rules) do 5 points of heat to the target in addition to 10 points of damage.

Munchmechs, these seem like boat mechs, well, im not really sure. How about just adding like 4 LRM 20's into an Atlas?
