Overview:
In 3068 a few years after the end of the FedCom Civil War the
FSAFs lacked the mechs for their warriors.
so a Little Factory with 20 old PHX Chassis from around 3020s-30s was just sitting in store Houses gathering dust when the Factory had bought TSMs, C3 Slaves and Ferro-Firbrous Armor for 8 of the 20 units and used old but trusted PPCs and Med Lasers that they had bought for them.
though the Factory was known for SRM, LRM, and MG Jeeps and a few
other mininer Vehs such as the Master, this little project would be
the first and they had to remodel one line for this task and had cost
them a little more..
And a few months after these 8 mechs was placed on the market the
FSAFs bought all 8 and offered a contract for 24 more of these
units.
the Own was shocked but Accept this multi-million(150) C-bill
contract and would cover the remodeling of another line and parts for
the other 12 mechs.
but because of how fast this Factory was able to put out this new
Phoenix Hawk the FSAFs would rely on them for later use for new mechs but a lot fewer units as it is only able to build up to 24 a
year
and even less so for newer models as parts such as the TSMs and
C3 Slaves are a little harder to get because of the WOB stalling some
of those parts.

Much like the PHX of old it is a med scout, Recon, Raider unit.
