The false statements don't stop, do they? there is a complete and utter absence of any evidence to prove a causal link between that of Katherine and the assassination.
This is not the truth, and you know it. They do have proof of the link. They don't have the witness that gave them that proof. Remember? The assassin had escaped before any sort of trial and was eventually killed. Katherine is not going to say she did it. All others are dead in that chain. Or at least not coming forward to say anything. They still have the evidence.
The wiki here even says she hired the assassin to kill her mother. This is not a novel. As I do not own the books after the initial clan invasion.
So back to might makes right? Your example shows someone stealing a throne, and that response came from suggesting that a reagent can give away a throne to someone else. Now it's ok, since the person on the throne say so?
Still not getting the fact that no one person is needed to run a government? The only thing the ruler does is make things to his liking, if the others allow it. So many orders ignored or overturned by others, that thwarted a kings desire have been done, since no ruler is absolute, even the worse dictators. There is always some group that makes sure things are done right, which is rarely the leaders way of doing things.
Given the lack of commercial transports, why would commercial jumpship be used to bring forces into a hostile area and remain there? Some of the units sent have the jumpships listed in their TO&E. The archon would not be taking commercial transports as they are not OWNED by the FS. Even in her rush of power, she will not risk losing those that work in the LC from seizing others. Independents do avoid such realms. Part of why certain ones have issues.
Are you forgetting things posted a couple of days ago? Then go back and reread the posts. The civil war started before Victor even go back from the clan fight. Katherine had already started military operations against those that did not bow to her demands the moment she took office. She even went after those that were trying to stay out of it. There is some information from the very article on Katherine and Melissa that you posted about Katherines state of mind and action, including her ordering her mothers dead. I am not going to keep reposting that stuff as your retention of things you don't want to hear seems to be seconds after you read that information.
The assassin would have had a much harder time getting to Victor. The military is a little bit more responsive of intruders then most areas. The patterns of a commanding officer in a time of war, is harder to predict then a civilian commander that has their schedule posted.
Also, the assassin got away physically, but they knew who it was. They also knew who sent him.
Katherine breaking the law, then saying it wasn't broken is where you suggest insanity is how to get crimes to be legal.
Where do we get this new book that you keep referring to? Where the Bear, Falcons and Wolves lose their territory. Where Melissa dies and no one figures out who did it.
Where do we get the book of fan fiction that is the basis for all the falsehoods posted to support your views?
Oh yeah. there isn't one, as only the canon line is published. Anything else is a copyright infringement.
And from now on, list book and page under all your responses. Done having to call them out every time, as more then a few in the past several months have been outright.

Just looked up the budget process and you left out some major components that change the whole process.
First off, the president contacts the OMB to get a budget made up. The president himself does NOT make it up.
It then moves to congress to get it worked out, and if it passed, then it is sent back to the president to sign it.
So no. The president does NOT make up the budget. He puts in his wishes, but others do the actual number crunching.
This is yet another purposefully leaving out information to make it sound like things are different then what they really are.
And believing a fictional story shows why logic is failing. They don't tell you everything, and some things are changed to avoid things like lawsuits or accusations of spying for other nations.
