The Tenth Sun Zhang Academy Cadre was one of the Sun Zhang MechWarrior Academy's prestigious cadre units. Cadets assigned to the unit are put to the ultimate test by seeing real combat. Like all Sun Zhang Cadres, the Tenth was a free-floating regiment with no supporting regiments attached.

Star League[edit]
In 2786, the Tenth Sun Zhang Academy Cadre was stationed on Nexus Ri and considered a "Light" Regiment. The Tenth remained on Nexus Ri until the beginning of the First Succession War.[1][2]
First Succession War[edit]
The Tenth Sun Zhang Academy Cadre participated in the fighting of the First Succession War. At some time during the war, the Tenth was destroyed.[3]
