The Eleventh Hussar Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army. The command went rogue during the Periphery Uprising and became the pirate band known as the Battered Brood.[1]

Star League[edit]
In 2764, the unit was assigned as a part of the XLVIII Corps, Seventeenth Army to the Periphery Military Region.[2] The Eleventh was part of Task Force Sagittarius, a well-rounded brigade that patrolled the rimward edge of the Magistracy of Canopus in order to deter the higher-than-average number of bandits operating in the region.[3]
Pirates[edit]
The Eleventh declared for the rebels during the Periphery Uprising in 2765.[2] After being declared rogue, the Eleventh Hussars became known as the Battered Brood in 2766.[1]
