The 135th Royal Striker Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army. It was one of the SLDF's Royal units, which consisted exclusively of troops from the Terran Hegemony.
History[edit]
The 135th was once a haven for the sons and daughters of Terran Hegemony nobles, but starting around 2745 the unit had become a highly skilled combatant.[1]
In 2764, the unit was assigned, as part of V Corps, Eleventh Army, to District 1 of the Lyran Commonwealth Military Region and then transferred to District 3 in 2765 as a part of the SLDF response to the Periphery Uprising. The 135th survived the war and the Hegemony Campaign, and followed General Aleksandr Kerensky on the Exodus in 2784.[2]

Tactics[edit]
SLDF Striker regiments were used for reconnaissance and breakthrough exploitation.[3]
Composition History[edit]
As an SLDF Striker regiment, the 135th would have been composed primarily of light to medium BattleMechs and had at least one company of Land-Air BattleMechs for recon. Also attached were pairs of aerospace fighters.[3]
