In 3044, Star Colonel Emily Mercer unsuccessfully led a Trial of Possession against a Clan Smoke Jaguar sibko on Homer. The melee that ensued took place amongst a fire that had started during the battle, burning down large swathes of the forest.[1]
The Fourteenth Viper Regulars claimed the former Smoke Jaguar holdings on Homer after that Clan's Annihilation, but were then subsequently attacked by Clan Cloud Cobra and Clan Snow Raven forces.[2] As part of Nu Galaxy, the Fourteenth also faced forces from Clan Fire Mandrill and Clan Goliath Scorpion on Marshall.[3] After those various Trials ended, the Fourteenth was reassigned to Grant's Station by 3067.[4]
The final fate of the Regulars is not known, but they would not have survived the destruction of Nu Galaxy in 3074 or that of Clan Steel Viper in 3075.[5]
