The Second Timbuktu Guards were a BattleMech regiment in service to the Collective Armed Guards.
History[edit]
In January 3151, the First Timbuktu Guards smashed a pirate force occupying Sapienza. The victory brought the Collective Armed Guards enough recruits, salvage and financial resources that it was able to found a new regiment, the Second Timbuktu Guards. By 31 March 3151, the new unit still had more personnel than equipment, but its first battalion was fully equipped and operational.[1]
