Captain A. E. Vinn was an officer with the Second Chesterton Voltigeurs, with the Capellan Confederation, during the Third Succession War.[1]
History[edit]
Vinn witnessed the fall of a city named Pallosa to a single Locust BattleMech belonging to a Federated Suns militia unit referred to as the Davion National Constabulary, during the Third Succession War, which was captured without a shot being fired following the surrender of the local Capellan militia infantry.
He later authored a book chapter entitled "Not All Were Brave" in the book Recollections of the Last War, which recounted this event.[1]
