The Alarion Province Militia (APM) is the regional militia command unit for the Alarion Province of the Lyran Alliance.

History[edit]
The unit was created in 3057 when the Lyran Alliance formed and separated from the Commonwealth. The core units of the APM came from portions of the Donegal March Militia.
As part of the Lyran Alliance, the command became part of the Region Militia. None of its commands had seen combat since their formation in 3040s.
However, this changed in later 3062.
FedCom Civil War[edit]
After year of fighting broke out during the FedCom Civil War, both of the Province Militia were swept up by Leftenant-General Maria Esteban's 11th Arcturan Guards Loyalist Task Force that gave pursuit of renegade Prince Victor Steiner-Davion. Both Militia fought some of the most significant battles of the Civil War, until the end of their campaign on Thorin in 3066. Where both militia were garrisoned after proving to be to exhausted from the fighting.
Jihad[edit]
After Alarion was destroyed by the Word of Blake during the Jihad, the Alarion Province Milita was reborn as the Buena Province Militia - abbreviated as the BuPM to avoid being confused with the forces of the neighboring Bolan Province.The Carlisle BuPM was stationed on Buena by 3085 but was suffering from severe maintenance problems due to its use as a seed unit for other militias throughout the Lyran Commonwealth.[1]
