History[edit]
Aldwin was a spoilt and rambunctious youth, kept out of trouble by his mother Allison Stewart's connections, which came from her position as Planetary Governor of Callison. Finally growing tired of Aldwin antics however, Allison had Aldwin sent to military school, hoping to teach him self-discipline. While Aldwin did learn some degree of discipline and humility, it was stereotypical MechWarrior arrogance soon replaced it. Some of that arrogance was however justified, as he was given command of a Principes Guards Lance, with only a minimum of string-pulling.[1]
BattleMech[edit]
Stewart piloted a WSP-3K Wasp BattleMech, nicknamed "Golden Goose", serial number DC5210-37G. O5P records show this 'Mech was listed as destroyed during the Jihad, but it miraculously reappeared with Draconis Combine forces making a raid on Galtor III almost 40 years later, where it was captured by the Federated Suns. It was sold to the Republic as salvage by the Suns in 3129.[1]
