Alicia Ravenwater was a Bloodnamed warrior and the aide to the commanding officer of Clan Hell's Horses' Alpha Keshik as of 3059.[1]

Star Colonel Alicia, serving under Khan Malavai Fletcher, was stationed in the Niles system in 3059.[2] A bearer of the Mark of the Horse with a reputation for tactical ingenuity, Alicia's combined use of BattleMechs and battle armor troopers nearly succeeded in defeating saKhan Tanya DeLaurel's Omega Keshik in a combat exercise on Niles.[1]
