Amanda Ishikawa was the aide to the commanding officer of the Third Night Stalkers as of 3059.[1]

Tai-sa Ishikawa, serving as executive officer to Tai-sa Clifford Mattila, was stationed on Xinyang in 3059.[2] As half of the Third Stalkers were veteran soldiers and the other half were younger and less experienced, Ishikawa paired up every recruit with an older mentor who became responsible for their training as a MechWarrior.[1]
