Drakon was working as a reporter on Dante, when Clan Snow Raven were granted it as an enclave as part of their alliance with the Outworlds Alliance, and interviewed saKhan Broderick Sukhanov who outlined the Snow Raven view that they would help rather than control the Outworlds.[1]
