Anders Jonas Saint-Beuve was the aide to the commanding officer of the Capellan Confederation's Periphery Guard as of 3050.[1]

Major Saint-Beuve, serving under Colonel Norman Rockhill, was executive officer of the Periphery Guard in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Saint-Beuve continued to serve as Rockhill's second-in-command by 3054.[2]
