Based on New Kyoto, repeated attacks throughout the First and Second Succession Wars devastated the company and pushed them to the brink of bankruptcy. Another local weapons manufacturer, Mannheim OptiTech Unlimited, absorbed Anderson Arms along with Rassal Weapons in the late 2800s, forming the new RAMTech Industries.[1]
