Annabelle Kemiko was, as of 3133, a Captain of the Towne Militia, serving as its spokesperson.[1]
History[edit]
In February 3133, Kemiko headed the Port Howard Militia Recruitment Center, the recruitment office for Towne's capital. The year's recruitment drive, the first since the Blackout, was exceptionally successful.[2] At the end of March, Kemiko represented the militia on Ian Pierson's local INN show, Pierson's Round Table, where she defended the militia's post-Blackout expansion.[3] By August, she was an official spokesperson for the militia.[1]
