Annald Russolillo was one of the most popular and effective Presidents to govern the Periphery world of Wynn's Roost during the thirty-first and thirty-second centuries. During his tenure as President, which ran from 3031 to 3044, Russolillo was responsible for setting up an immigration system that avoided Wynn's Roost's lack of interstellar currency when attracting highly-skilled immigrants by rewarding foreign educators and specialists using domestic wealth instead. Rewarding such immigrants with high wages paid in local currency, and providing both personal servants and large homes, Russilillo's policies enabled many beneficial educational reforms to be implemented on Wynn's Roost.
