Antoine Ballarius was the refounder and, as of 3133, leader of the reborn Arms Free Society.[1]

The grandson of the original Arms Free Society founder, Kenneth Ballarius, Antoine reactivated the decades-dormant peace group in July 3133, amidst the chaos of the Blackout. He announced the Arms Free Society's return with a march in the capital of Procyon, citing the historical atrocities of Alisendar Gyrn for his choice of rallying point.[1]
