The Balantine Guard was the personal guard formation of New Canton noble Count Ledo Balantine who would become the ruler of the Saiph Triumvirate for its short existence as an independent state.[1]
No Successor State recognized the nation as being an official nation during the Triumvirate's short existence. It was absorbed in 3068 by Word of Blake Protectorate. The unit's destiny after this is unknown.[citation needed]
