Description[edit]
The Somerset Strikers ForcePack is a collection of five plastic miniatures for use in the classic BattleTech tabletop and Alpha Strike games. The box also provides five dry-erase cards, which are intended to directly support Alpha Strike gameplay, and five new Pilot Cards.
The Somerset Strikers ForcePack was created for the 2023 Mercenaries Crowdfunding Campaign, announced as part of the unreached $8 million stretch goal was intended to be free for all Regiment level backers and above and as a possible add-on purchase for lower tiers. Though the stretch goal total was not met Catalyst Game Labs committed to production of the $8 million stretch goal items albeit as add-on purchase options for all tiers.
The five 'Mechs available in the ForcePack are among the seven Inner Sphere BattleMechs that appeared in the BattleTech: The Animated Series and 1st Somerset Strikers sourcebook and are either unique sculpts of pre-existing 'Mechs, either new variant or alternate pose, or the debut appearance of their CGL respective miniature.
