BattleTech: The Crescent Hawks' Revenge/Interlude

February 3030[edit]

As the months go by, your reputation and fame grow. Your involvement in the Fourth Succession War with the Kell Hounds proves time after time your value to the Federated Commonwealth, the new alliance of Houses Steiner and Davion.

In February, 3030, Kurt Graham leaves the Crescent Hawks to create his own mercenary unit.

April 3039[edit]

Almost a decade after the Fourth Succession War burns out, the War of 3039 ignites. Hanse Davion includes the Crescent Hawks in many attempts to reclaim planets House Kurita invaded years before.

After the end of the War of 3039, Rex informs you of his plans to retire from the military life. You wish him the best of luck, and name Rick “Grease” Anderson your new Lieutenant of the Fire Lance.

October 3042[edit]

New Avalon

The New Avalon Institute of Science continues research on recovered Star League technology, and discovers a way to mass produce Listen-Kill missiles. However, ECM software packages are quickly issued to all Kurita units, negating all advantages of the L-K missiles.

January 3051[edit]

In late 3049, a new threat enters the Inner Sphere. They are called the Clans, the descendants of the Star League members who left the Inner Sphere 250 years ago. They have returned, with superior fighting skills and weaponry, in an effort to regain the Inner Sphere.

In their initial invasion, they cut down over 30 ‘Mech regiments, making them appear unstoppable in their conquest. In 3050, however, a minor victory at Rasalhague resulted in their leader being killed, and they halted to elect a new ilKhan, the Clan term for warlord.
