Vince Sly (voiced by Tren Sparks), Crescent Hawks corporate training and compliance coordinator, gives a briefing on one of the units Crescent Hawks can expect to see on the field: the Kell Hounds. The briefing goes over the Kell Hounds' history, with Sly relaying tactical advice along the way.
