BattleTech Patches

The BattleTech Patches were a series of patches produced by FASA, apparently in cooperation with MechForce, since 1987. FASA vs. Playmates court documents, specifically the "FASA III" decision, list "House and Clan Patches" as accessory products released in July of 1990.

The backside text on the package labels read:

MECHFORCE™ has captured contraband Mechwarrior identification patches from various overrun House garrisons throughout the Inner Sphere. Highly prized as a war trophy, this patch is an actual unit insignia worn in combat during major campaigns of the Succession Wars. Wear it with pride.
