Like with all books from this series, the title is arbitrary as it is spelled differently throughout the book itself (in all caps):

  • BattleTech Record Sheets Volume Five Vehicles (cover)
  • BattleTech Vehicle Record Sheets (back cover)
  • BattleTech Record Sheets: Vehicles (masthead and trademark on contents page)

Description[edit]

The first sequel to the initial four-book series, Record Sheets Volume Five: Vehicles provides filled-out sheets of vehicles from various eras. Later changes to the construction rules meant that some of the individual record sheets in this book became outdated as certain changes to the vehicles in question were necessary to conform to newer rules.

From the back cover[edit]

BattleMechs may be the kings of the battlefield, but they aren't the only things out there. Edgar light hover tank - Manticore heavy tank - Savannah Master hovercraft - Warrior H-7 helicopter
