The successor to the original BattleTech Salvage Box: Legendary, the BattleTech Salvage Box: Legendary II & III is a lucky-dip box containing one plastic miniature for use in the classic BattleTech tabletop and Alpha Strike games. The box also provides one dry-erase card, which are intended to directly support Alpha Strike gameplay, and one new Pilot Card.
The Legendary II & III Salvage Box was created as a part of the crowdfunding campaign to support the BattleTech: Mercenaries boxset. The miniature in each Salvage Box is determined randomly and as its name suggests is drawn from both the Legendary MechWarriors II and Legendary III packs, although the Alpha Strike dry-erase card and Pilot Card match the BattleMech or Vehicle. Campaign backers will be able to purchase Legendary Salvage Boxes as add-ons in the pledge manager for US$8 each.
