Overview

In 3034 a battalion from the Eighth Sword of Light raided Tishomingo for agricultural machinery, a loss that would have seen starvation spread across the Draconis March. Using combat drops the Combine was able to get between their objective warehouses and the main body of the defending Dahar Draconis March Militia. A single Company of Hornets and Valkyries guarded a raised causeway to the factory, and Combine Dragons and Panthers were soon rushing down it. When the Dahar forces launched a wave of LRM fire the Combine took cover and wait for the next salvo. When none arrived they borke cover and resumed their advance only to be met with another salvo. The Dahar force continued their sniping, ultimately slowing the Combine force long enough for reinforcements to arrive. Bolstered with Javelins and Blackjacks the Dahar Militia set an ambush for the Combine forces, decimating them with concentrated fire.
