Baxter Chang-sha was a notable artillery gunner in the Whiteout Brigade mercenary unit during the Dark Age Era.[1]

Master Sergeant Chang-sha was the gunner in the Whiteout Brigade's lead artillery vehicle during the unit's contract with the Federated Suns. Renowned for his accuracy, Chang-sha's spotting rounds were famously precise and he had reportedly never missed an opponent by more than ten meters with his first attack. While his superiors in the Whiteout Brigade had the unit's other three artillery vehicles copy Chang-sha's firing patterns in an attempt to emulate his skills, said efforts had failed to produce results by late 3145.[1]
