Chang's JagerMech was derided as a Davion toy in his Capellan unit, but he considered it an advantage, often painting its front side in the colors of various Federated Suns units. However, to reduce the risk of friendly fire, he also had a large Capellan insignia painted on its rear.
While this deception had not been tested in the field, its use led to him being recognized as a concealment expert within his regiment.[1][2]
