During the bombardment of the Blood Chapels in 3071, Clan Wolf would seize the Kerensky Blood Chapel and challenge all Clan warriors to "Snatch the Legacy of Kerensky from the Wolf's jaws to prove themselves worthy of it." It was a brutal battle between all of the Clans, and the Ebon Keshik.[1] Bernard Crow Trialed for the honor of destroying the Wolves against Wolf abtakha from Clan Coyote Akule in his Grendel, and died trying when his gyro was destroyed and his cockpit shattered by his own 'Mech's flopping.[2]

In his last battle he piloted a Stormcrow.[2]
