Bram Dagen was the commanding officer of Dagen's Daggers from 3108 to at least 3118.[1]
History[edit]
His was granted a Lyran letter of marque and in 3108 Bram Dagen set out for the Periphery border. He negotiated several short-term contracts escorting convoys and with intelligent use of tactics ended with several pirate bands. The unit's grizzled infantry took few survivors.
Business boomed for nearly a decade before Dagen's Daggers moved out of the area.
After a few years, local constabularies became suspicious after a group of "dead" pirates were captured during a militia raid on a nearby pirate haven. It was then discovered that Hauptmann Dagen had often ransomed wealthier pirates while extorting the same shipping companies he was protecting to keep quiet or suffer the consequences. By then, Dagen's Daggers were long gone from Lyran space.[1]
