Bret was a Mechwarrior of Clan Jade Falcon, who was a sibkin of Khan Marthe Pryde.
Death[edit]
MechWarrior Bret, was jealous and furious by Marthe's rise to power and the death of his freeborn children. He sabotaged her 'Mech, causing a premature ejection during battle. Though Marthe survived the sabotage, she was left severely injured. However, Bret knew the Watch inquisition was closing on her, so he confronted Marthe personally in her quarters. The Khan's wounds prevented her from gaining victory, and so, Marthe and Bret killed each other.[1]
