Bryan Carter was a member of the Fourth Deneb Light Cavalry during the FedCom Civil War.[1]

His unit tried to stay neutral in the FedCom Civil War but pro-Katherine Steiner-Davion loyalists forced their hand. He got a brevet promotion and command of a company after the war and excelled in the process of rebuilding his company.[1]
