Carli Engen was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 179th Jump Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Short but physically attractive, Engen couldn't help but draw attention to herself, no matter what. Initially assigned as a paratrooper, in which specialty she qualified top in her class, as she rose through the ranks Engen switched to the Jump Infantry.
As a Divisional commander her favored tactics were for her forces to attack as a chaotic swarm, focusing on targets of opportunity, especially command units.[1]
