Carlos Altgelt

Carlos Altgelt was the aide to the commanding officer of the Alarion Operations Area's Carlisle Command as of 3050.^[1]

History[edit]

Kommandant Altgelt, serving under Leftenant General Luis Mikoyan, was executive officer of the Donegal March's Carlisle Command in 3050.^[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Altgelt continued to serve as Mikoyan's second-in-command and held that post by 3054.^[2]
