Casorik Kelswa was a member of the Lyran Commonwealth's House Kelswa and the Planetary Governor of New Caledonia during the Fourth Succession War.[1]

When the Lyran Commonwealth successfully captured numerous Draconis Combine worlds during the first half of the Fourth Succession War, Duke Selvin Kelswa III lobbied for immediately placing the conquered worlds under the administrative control of the Tamar Pact. When eighteen of the captured systems were transferred to Duke Kelswa's control in February 3029, he quickly set about placing his relatives and political supporters in positions of power, which subsequently lead to a sharp increase in unrest on the occupied worlds. Casorik Kelswa, a distant relative of the Duke, was placed in charge of Caledonia on the Periphery border. Governor Casorik's methods of subduing the population were extremely harsh and, by the time the Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces took back responsibility for the world's governance, 200 Caledonians had been killed by Casorik's measures.[1]
