Charles Joseph Pangle Domingo was a notable officer in the Second Robinson Strikers and, later, an instructor at the Robinson Battle Academy.[1]

Captain Domingo was a graduate of the Robinson Battle Academy and supported Jerome Sandoval as a member of the Second Robinson Strikers during the 3095 Sandoval Civil War. Domingo retired from active duty military service in the 3120s but was invited to teach combined-arms warfare at the Robinson Battle Academy, where he extorted his cadets to "spend each day working hard to try and malf up less than the day before." To his pleasure, many of Domingo's graduated students fought with distinction against the forces of the Draconis Combine and Clan Snow Raven. Domingo went into battle for the last time in 3144 during the Battle of Robinson, assembling the students and instructors of the Battle Academy into an ad hoc defensive force. Domingo's soldiers fought well and managed to hold the Academy's grounds for almost a week against an overwhelming amount of Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery forces.[1]
