Governor Charles "Chuck" Kincaid was the planetary governor of Menkar, for the Republic of the Sphere, from at least 3130 until his death in 3134.[2][3][4]
History[edit]
The Governor's mansion on Menkar, together with Governor Kincaid and his family, were seized by pro-Capellan Confederation terrorists in May 3134. He was subsequently held hostage, as the terrorists used threats against him in order to make demands, including that Governor Kincaid be put on trial.[2]
An attempt to free Kincaid was made by Republic forces on 15 May 3134, but the Governor's mansion caught fire, killing Governor Kincaid, his family, and seven terrorists.[1]
