Description[edit]
Developed by Word of Blake remnants on the hidden world of Obeedah after the Jihad, the Cherub is an ultralight OmniMech made to be reminiscent of the Celestial series. It takes advantage of the Word of Blake's developments in mounting battle armor weaponry on vehicles and 'Mechs to carry significant firepower while embracing armor and speed.[1][3]
Weapons and Equipment[edit]
The Cherub uses a 105-rated fusion engine and three tons of ferro-fibrous armor, leaving only three tons of pod space for weapons. The primary Invictus configuration fills this space with a Rocket Launcher 10 in the right torso and four battle armor-scale medium recoilless rifles on each arm.[1][2]
Alternate Configurations[edit]
- Alternate Configuration A (Dominus)
- The Dominus configuration carries six support PPCs in its left arm and an ER medium laser in its right, accompanied by a right torso 10-pack rocket launcher. BV (2.0) = 517[4]
- Alternate Configuration C (Comminus)
- The Comminus uses two Clantech battle armor-scale medium pulse lasers, one in each arm, as well as a 10-pack rocket launcher in each side torso. BV (2.0) = 695[5]
