Chloe, born Chloe Robertson, was a freeborn Rasalhagian MechWarrior and later diplomat.

Chloe gave up her last name for a chance to become a MechWarrior in the Clan Ghost Bear touman. More determined than skilled, she barely passed her Trial of Position and was assigned to the Fourteenth Provisional Garrison Cluster in a Horned Owl BattleMech. It was hoped that 'Mech's armament of pulse lasers would improve the odds of her hitting a target.
Despite low expectations for her career, Chloe's against-all-odds, nearly single-handed defeat of a pirate band that raided Thule in 3121 put her superiors in a quandary on what to do with her. However, the Clan Ghost Bear Watch had a solution. Chloe's victory on Thule had given her great cachet with the Inheritors in the Kappa Galaxy (Rasalhague Dominion). The Watch thus reassigned her to operations in the Havens where Chloe discovered a talent for diplomacy.
Chloe retired early from the Warrior Caste and went into politics. By 3151, she was representing Thule as a freebirth in the Dominion Council.[1]
