Christopher "Moose" Greene was a Hauptmann in the Eighth Lyran Regulars.[1]
History[edit]
After his entire family was murdered in a series of pirate raids, Greene embarked on a vendetta against pirates. After graduating from a MechWarrior academy he specifically chose the Eighth Lyran Regulars for their reputation as pirate hunters. But their near-immediate involvement in the 3137 Operation HAMMERFALL saw him fighting the Free Worlds League instead of pirates, and cost him his assigned Crab. After being reassigned a Hermit Crab he was eventually able to engage in anti-piracy operations in former Circinus Federation worlds where he was demoted twice for excessive force in refusing to take pirates prisoners. He is rumored to be considering a position with StarCorps Industries security in order to continue his crusade against all-things piracy.[1]

Christopher Greene initially piloted a Crab, but gained far more notoriety behind the controls of his Hermit Crab.[1]
